1) Who we are

We provide an online service that allows customers to create 3D photo images for use with our lenses from their own uploaded images (“3D Photo Service”) and we sell lenses and related accessories (“Goods”). We also offer a 'Print on Demand' service where we create the 3D Photo and send to a provided recipient address. By creating an account, buying Credits, using a 3D Photo Service, or purchasing Goods, you agree to these Terms.
2) Key definitions
• Credits :- prepaid units held in your account, used each time you create a 3D photo image.
• Consumer :- an individual acting wholly or mainly outside their trade, business, craft or profession.
• Business Customer :- any non-Consumer.
3) Ordering, pricing & payment
3.1 Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
3.2 Payment must be made in full at checkout.
3.3 An order is confirmed when we send you an email acknowledgment.
4) Credits
4.1 Purchase & use :- Credits can be purchased on the Site and remain on your account until used.
4.2 Non-refundable :- Once purchased, Credits are non-refundable except: Consumers only: if you cancel within 14 days under the statutory cooling-off right and you have not used any Credits.
4.3 Using Credits :- Each time you run the 3D Photo Service as part of creating a Custom 3D Photo yourself, the relevant number of Credits is deducted immediately. By doing so you request immediate supply of digital content and acknowledge you lose your statutory 14-day cancellation right for that specific run. Credits are unrelated to the Print On Demand service.
4.4 Failed runs :- If a processing run fails due to our system, we will return the Credits used.
4.5 Unsatisfactory results :- If you are unhappy with the output but the 3D Photo Service has worked as described, we may, at our discretion, return the Credits used back to your account. This is a goodwill gesture only and does not affect your statutory rights (see section 6.3).
5) 3D Photo Services - Create Yourself & Print On Demand (uploads & acceptable use)
5.1 Your images :- You retain rights in your uploaded images. You grant us a limited licence to process them solely to provide the service.
5.2 Permissions :- You confirm you have the rights needed to use and upload the images.
5.3 Restrictions :- You must not upload images that:
1. Violates laws or rights
◦ Is illegal under any applicable law.
◦ Infringes any intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any person or entity.
2. Is harmful, abusive, or exploitative
◦ Harasses, threatens, intimidates, defames, or discriminates against any person or group.
◦ Promotes, glorifies, or celebrates violence, suicide, torture, or self-harm.
◦ Exploits or harms children or minors, or depicts them in sexualized, exploitative, or fetishized contexts.
3. Is sexually explicit or obscene
◦ Contains pornography, nudity, fetish content, sexual activity, or other indecent material.
We may suspend, refuse processing, or remove any content if, in our sole discretion, we consider it in breach of these restrictions. Any content that is illegal will be reported to the relevant authorities.
5.4 Consumer digital rights :- If the 3D photo output does not meet the standards required by law (satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, as described), Consumers are entitled to a repair/re-supply (normally re-credit or re-run). If that is not possible or done in a reasonable time, a price reduction or refund of the Credits used will be provided as required by law.
6) Goods (Print On Demand 3D Photos, Lenses & Accessories)
6.1 Description :- We take reasonable care in describing Goods. Minor variations may occur.
6.2 Delivery :- For Lenses & Accessories, we aim to deliver within 2 weeks of your order for UK customers, unless otherwise notified. For Print On Demand service we aim to send within 2-3 business days via Royal Mail Tracked 48 service. These are estimates and not guaranteed. We can only fulfil Print On Demand orders for recipient addresses in the UK. For lenses & Accessories customers outside the UK, we will provide an estimated delivery timeframe when confirming your order. Risk passes on delivery; title passes once paid in full. The entity placing a Print on Demand order is responsible for providing an accurate UK delivery address for the recipient. The Company is not liable for failed deliveries due to being provided with an incorrect or incomplete address.
6.3 Consumer right to cancel (Returns Policy) :- Consumers may cancel orders for Goods within 14 days of delivery without giving reasons.
• You must notify us within that period and return the Goods within 14 days of cancellation.
• We refund the purchase price and standard delivery charges.
• You are responsible for return postage, unless the Goods are faulty.
• We may make a deduction for diminished value if you handle the Goods beyond what is necessary to check them.
6.4 Returns process :- To start a return, contact us so we can provide instructions. Goods should be returned in their original packaging where possible.
6.5 Faulty Goods :- If Goods are faulty or not as described, you are entitled to repair, replacement or refund under law. Please contact us with details.
6.6 Business Customers :- Cooling-off rights do not apply. Returns of non-faulty Goods are at our discretion.
7) Refunds & disputes
7.1 Refunds :- issued to the original payment method. For cancellations of Goods under the statutory 14-day cooling-off period (see section 6.3), we will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned Goods or proof of return, as required by law. For faulty Goods or Digital Content, refunds will be processed promptly in accordance with your statutory rights.
7.2 If you are unhappy with a service or product, contact us first so we can resolve it promptly.
7.3 Refunds may be withheld or reduced if returned Goods are damaged or incomplete (except where fault lies with us).
7.4 We may suspend or close accounts for abusive or fraudulent claims.
7.5 We cooperate with our payment provider’s dispute resolution and chargeback processes to resolve any disputes fairly and in accordance with applicable payment method rules.
8) Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms removes or limits our legal responsibility to you where it would be unlawful to do so. Our liability to Business Customers for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.
9) Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delays or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
10) Privacy

11) Changes
We may amend these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on the Site with a new “last updated” date.
12) Governing law
These Terms are governed by English law. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, except that Consumers may also bring proceedings in their local UK courts.
