  Visitors to our website, people who create an account, and customers who use our services. Our services are not intended for children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you are under 18, you should have permission from a parent or guardian.

  We collect the minimum personal data needed to provide and support our service:

  • Account & contact details: name, email address, password, and delivery/billing address.

  • Uploaded content: the image(s) you upload and the resulting 3D image file we generate.

  • Order & transaction details: order ID, purchase history, amounts, timestamps. (Your card data is handled by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers on our systems.)

  • Support & communications: messages you send us (e.g., email or web chat) and our responses.

  • Technical data: IP address, device/browser type, and pages visited (used to keep the site secure and working).



4) Why we use your data (lawful bases)

5) How long we keep your data (retention)


  • Uploaded images & generated 3D outputs: stored for 30 days after creation so you can access and download them, then automatically deleted from our systems.

  • Account data: kept while your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove or anonymise personal data unless we need to retain certain records.

  • Order/finance records: retained for up to 6 years to meet UK tax and accounting requirements.

  • Support communications & logs: retained only as long as needed for the purpose they were collected (e.g., to resolve your request and for service security).



6) Who we share data with


  We do not sell your personal data. We share only what’s necessary with trusted providers who help us deliver the service, under contracts that protect your data:

  • Hosting, storage, and IT/security providers (to run and secure our website/app).

  • Payment provider (to process payments; they handle your card details directly).

  • Manufacturing and delivery partners (if applicable to fulfil your order).

  • Analytics and communications tools (to administer and improve the service; no unnecessary data).

  • Law enforcement or regulators where required by law.

  If we restructure, merge, or sell the business, your data may transfer to the new owner under the same protections.
